Making A Purchase
Once you have chosen your desired item(s) Place the item you wish to purchase in the basket / go to checkout / fill in your details.
Then you leave my site to go to secure payment site ‘paypal’ / you need to register with ‘paypal’ and input your card details
On successful completion of this ‘paypal’ will email both of us / the item will be despatched immediately if in stock
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a refund guarantee, provided the goods are returned to us within ten working days.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact customerservices@Panik-Design.com within three working days.
If you wish to return goods to Panik-Design for a refund please contact us by phone/email/fax in the first instance. Remember that the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Our recommendation is that you send your parcel by registered post and that you retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Provided the goods are in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given on the product, excluding delivery charge.
Shipping And Handling
All purchases under £500 include a standard charge of £5.95 for delivery in the UK and anything above this amount will incur no delivery charge. Overseas carriage is charged at cost & will be advised via email. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
Panik-Design uses Parceline 24 as their courier. A tracking number is emailed to the customer on despatch.
Smaller items are sometimes sent by recorded delivery.

Delivery Schedule
In the UK orders will generally be delivered between 1-3 working days when items are in stock. In exceptional circumstances delivery times will be advised by email.
Orders received prior to 12 noon will be despached the same day (provided it is a working day and that the item is in stock)
Delivery times for international orders will be advised by email.
Back Orders
All orders not in stock will automatically be placed on backorder. Panik-Design will contact you with an estimated delivery time, whereupon you can decide if you would like to process the order.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/vat and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
