Circle Knife and Board

In all its simplicity, the Circle Knife with board from Menu is a small stroke of genius .
The cool, shiny handle gives the discerning cook a perfect grip for chopping chocolate, nuts, garlic or fresh herbs.
The knife rests beautifully in the hand and is easy and efficient to use - even with only one hand.
The cutting board is made of solid, oiled beech, slightly hollowed on both sides, so that one side can be used for fresh herbs and garlic and the other for nuts, almonds and chocolate.
The Circle Knife was awarded the reddot design prize in 2003.

Circle knife of mirror-polished stainless steel with a sharp, honeable edge. Cutting board of solid, oiled beech, hollowed on both sides.

The shape of the mortar is designed to make optimum use of the force of one hand, making it easy to grind spices. The mortar is easy to use for grinding herbs and garlic as for dried spices like cardamom, whole pepper, aniseed and cinnamon.
