Rain Gauge

People interested in the weather & the implications it has for their gardens now have a rain gauge which is both beautiful & functional. Once the heavy rain clouds have passed you can quickly read how much rain has fallen on the scale in the moulded glass container. The volume is shown in both millimetres & inches.
The moulded glass container sits in a plastic holder on a stainless steel spike. You set up the rain gauge by pushing the metal spike into the ground, & then pressing the holder into place. Then you place the glass container onto the holder. Remember to empty the container after each reading. The glass container and the holder are frost proof &, of course, dishwasher proof.
