Making a Purchase OnlineOnce you have chosen your desired item(s) place them in the basket, go to checkout and complete your details. You will then leave Paniks site to go to PayPal a secure payment site. You do not need to register with PayPal to use them. On successful completion of your payment PayPal will email confirmation to you and Panik and the item(s) will be despatched immediately if in stock.

Other Method of PaymentWe use Streamline for payments over the telephone and accept all major credit and debits cards, however we can only deliver to the billing address of the card.
For security reasons please do not fax, email or post your card details. We prefer you to provide us with the information over the phone.
Cheques should be made payable to Panik Design.
Please phone us for bank transfer details or select 'Direct Bank Transfer' from the payment options within the Checkout. After doing this, you will be sent an email containing our bank details. |
Delivery ScheduleAll orders incur a standard charge of £6.95 (VAT included).for delivery in the UK mainland. Overseas carriage is charged at cost and will be advised via email. Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of sales tax/VAT and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any customs and taxation requirements.
Panik-Design use DPD 24 as their courier for the UK, UPS for overseas orders and DPD.
A tracking number is emailed to the customer on despatch. |
Returns PolicyIf you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a refund guarantee, provided the you contract within seven working days.
If you wish to return goods to Panik-Design for a refund please contact us by phone/email/fax in the first instance.
Provided the goods are in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given on the product
Remember that the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Our recommendation is that you send your parcel by registered post and that you retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. |

Panik-Design.com WEEE Delivery Take-Back Scheme WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) The consumer has a significant role to play in reducing the impact of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment on the environment by re-using or recycling such equipment.Some of the components used in electrical and electronic equipment may contain hazardous substances that can damage the environment and present a risk to human health if not properly disposed of.
A take back service operates within Panik for all customers, whether purchasing in-store or online.
When you purchase a new electrical item from Panik you can exchange an old similar like for like item (e.g. a toaster for a toaster) and prevent it from going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. This includes products purchased from other retailers.
Following the purchase of their new item, customers must return their WEEE item along with their receipt of purchase to Panik Showroon within 28 days of purchase.
Recycling is free, however we do charge 15.00 GBP for collection and transportation per item to be recycled. |
