Making a Purchase OnlineOnce you have chosen your desired item(s) place them in the basket, go to checkout and complete your details. You will then leave Paniks site to go to PayPal a secure payment site. You do not need to register with PayPal to use them. On successful completion of your payment PayPal will email confirmation to you and Panik and the item(s) will be despatched immediately if in stock.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a refund guarantee, provided the goods are returned to us in the same condition within ten working days and in the original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact customerservices@panik-design.com within three working days.
If you wish to return goods to Panik-Design for a refund please contact us by phone/email/fax in the first instance. Remember that the parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they reach us. Our recommendation is that you send your parcel by registered post and that you retain proof of postage. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Provided the goods are in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given on the product, excluding delivery charge. |
Other Method of PaymentWe use Streamline for payments over the telephone and accept all major credit and debits cards, however we can only deliver to the billing address of the card.
For security reasons please do not fax, email or post your card details. We prefer you to provide us with the information over the phone.
