Making a Purchase Online Via RBS Worldpay
Once you have chosen your desired item(s) place them in the basket, go to checkout and complete your details. Our card payment processing is managed by RBS Worldpay's payment gateway, so you can be confident that payment details are safe and secure. On successful completion of your payment, RBS Worldpay will return you to our website so you can view your receipt. You will be sent email confirmation of your order from Panik Design and payment from RBS Worldpay.
Other Methods of Payment
We use Evalon Card Services for payments over the telephone and accept all major credit and debits cards, however we can only deliver to the billing address of the card.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we offer a refund guarantee, provided that you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery (exceptions apply).
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within three working days.
