In 1996 Alessi and Philippe Starck presented the "Faitoo" series, an organic design for the kitchen that took its inspiration from the concept of "jack-of-all-trades". It is a wall-mounted bar from which can be hung a very wide variety of objects, by means of handles or holes. Everything is clearly visible and can be easily reached, greatly simplifying the everyday and sometimes frustrating searches for just the right tool in the kitchen.
